Measuring Instructions:

Wrap a cloth tape around your waist, with the back of the tape sitting just above your hips and lower back. As your wrap the tape to the front it will angle down to just below your belly-button or lower if you wish. Leave a gap of approixmately 2.25 inches as that is where the center piece will be.
